Most CarArt customers install their graphics themselves or with the help of a friend.

Unlike most vehicle decals which use cheap vinyl that is difficult to install & made to last for only a year, CarArt graphics are made exclusively from 3M’s highest quality vehicle wrap vinyl. This means that CarArt vinyl graphics feature multiple patented technologies (channels & bubbles) designed to make application easy. Additionally, all CarArt graphics are laminated, preserving their vibrant colors for 3-7+ years, and further facilitating easy installation for beginners.

All custom CarArt orders include step-by-step installation instructions. Self-install orders over $25 will also include a free 3M installation squeegee.

At checkout, you may also purchase a CarArt Installation Kit complete with:

• Rapid Prep (professional prep/cleaning solution)
• Lint-free Techno Rags (for professional prep/cleaning)
• 3M squeegee (to apply & smooth down your graphic)
• 3M low friction sleeve (for final smoothing)
• CarArt keychain razor blade (to cut along door seams, etc)
• 3M masking tape (to hold graphics in place)
• Step by step installation instructions

Want professional installation?
If you would like your CarArt professionally installed, either call up your local sign shop or order professional installation at checkout from CarArt.

CarArt has partnered with professional vehicle graphics installers throughout the United States to help you receive professional installation when needed.

Look for the professional installation option on the final shopping cart checkout page and consider adding this option to your order if:

• you are ordering large (or a lot of) graphics and you aren’t the “handyman” type
• your design contains long, thin areas of color (vinyl) on a transparent background
• you plan to install graphics on a curved area of your car
• you plan to install graphics over parts of your car with uneven surfaces

At checkout, you’ll be given the option of having a professional installer come to you, or you can choose to bring your car to the installer.
